Overview
Connectfic is operated by Flowzeo to help merchants connect Shopify and Webflow workflows through a unified portal experience. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the portal.
By accessing the Connectfic portal, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in this policy.
Information we collect
We collect account details you provide directly, such as your name, email address, password credentials, and support messages submitted through the portal.
We also process connection-related information needed to operate the product, including Shopify shop domains, Shopify store identifiers, Webflow site identifiers, sync configuration details, integration status, and technical activity logs generated when the platform performs imports, verification checks, or synchronization jobs.
When a merchant connects Shopify, Connectfic may process product, collection, order, customer, and store metadata only as needed to provide the approved integration workflow, comply with Shopify requirements, and maintain the app.
How we use information
We use collected information to authenticate your account, deliver core Connectfic features, maintain secure integrations between Shopify and Webflow, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and performance of the portal.
We may also use service and usage data to troubleshoot errors, monitor abuse, protect the platform, and communicate important operational or legal notices.
Third-party services
Connectfic depends on third-party platforms including Shopify and Webflow. When you connect those services, certain data is exchanged with them according to the permissions you approve and the settings you configure.
Those third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Connectfic is not responsible for their independent data handling practices.
Shopify data requests and deletion
Connectfic receives and processes Shopify mandatory privacy webhooks for customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction. When Shopify sends one of these requests, we review and delete or anonymize applicable data according to Shopify requirements and applicable law.
If a merchant uninstalls the Shopify app or disconnects an integration, we may retain limited records required for security, billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or debugging, while removing data that is no longer needed to provide the service.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Connection logs or operational records may be retained for debugging, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so you should also protect your own credentials and access devices.
Your choices
You may request updates to your account information, disconnect integrations, or ask questions about data handling by contacting Flowzeo. Where applicable, you may also request deletion of your account subject to legal, contractual, and operational retention requirements.
If you no longer agree with this policy, you should stop using the Connectfic portal and disconnect your integrations.
