Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Connectfic portal provided by Flowzeo. By creating an account, logging in, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Connectfic.

Service scope

Connectfic provides tooling and workflows for merchants and operators to connect Shopify and Webflow experiences, manage integrations, and run related synchronization or import actions through the portal.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or third-party platform changes.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.

You may not share access in a way that compromises security, attempt to bypass platform protections, or use Connectfic in a manner that harms Flowzeo, Shopify, Webflow, other users, or connected systems.

Connected platforms and permissions

Certain Connectfic features require access to third-party platforms such as Shopify and Webflow. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to connect those services and grant the permissions required for the workflows you enable.

Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own agreements, APIs, rate limits, and platform policies.

If you install the Connectfic Shopify app, you authorize Connectfic to access the Shopify data scopes approved during installation for the purpose of connecting your Shopify store with your portal account and supported Webflow workflows.

Merchant data and platform compliance

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of the store, site, product, customer, and operational data you connect to Connectfic.

You agree not to use Connectfic to transfer data in violation of Shopify, Webflow, privacy, consumer protection, export, or other applicable requirements. We may limit or remove access when required by platform policy, law, or security obligations.

Acceptable use

You may not use Connectfic for unlawful activity, abusive automation, unauthorized data extraction, interference with service operations, reverse engineering beyond what law permits, or attempts to gain access to systems or data you are not authorized to use.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates legal, operational, or security risk.

Fees, availability, and disclaimers

Paid features, plan limits, or billing terms may be governed by separate commercial terms or plan details presented through the Connectfic ecosystem. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the service is provided on an as available basis.

Flowzeo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every third-party change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability and contact

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowzeo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of Connectfic.

If you have questions about these terms, contact Flowzeo at hello@flowzeo.com.
